I’ve often wondered why some people seem to have a fat burning engine inside them and others don’t. Why do some people have a 24/7 Fat Loss metabolism, the kind that incinerates fat all the time, while others have a slow rate of fat loss and can’t seem to shake off the weight.

After reading about this issue and doing extensive research, I know that this boils down to 3 main factors:

1. Your workouts – How much exercise you do, what kind of exercise you do, and how often you do it. Your workouts can be a powerful tool in determining how your metabolism works and how fast it works. They have a big effect on your metabolism which determines how quickly, or slowly, you actually burn fat.

2. Your lifestyle – It seems that little habits in your life can make or break your fat loss efforts. Things like stress, sleep, depression, and your habits play a big role in how your body works and how it melts fat. You need to lead a healthy, stable, sensible life in order for your body to function properly and be lean.

3. Your diet – It’s no wonder what what you eat and how much of it has a great effect on your weight. However, it’s not just your calories that are important, but also the way you divide your nutrients. They can actually change the way your body processes fat and this, of course, has a big effect on your weight.

No More Crunches

I am crazy about Turbo Fire. I used to be overweight and I have tried all sorts of weight loss programs to help me trim down. I found success with this one. It’s the perfect workout for me and I love it. I lost 32 pounds with it. It was on the first week that I dropped the first 10 pounds then my progress had been gradual yet consistent. I love it!

It’s Not All Natural Talent

USA is often seen as the place to be if you want to be a hip hop dancer. This is where the dancers that do backing dancing for people like Lady GaGa and J-Lo go about their business.

It is definitely a good place to be a dancer. However the fact that there are so many good dancers there is not solely their birthright. It is not down to genes but the fact that they have worked hard and learnt from the best teachers.

Not everyone may be able to learn hip hop choreography weekly from Justin Timberlake’s choreographer, but they are able to apply themselves in a similar manner. This means working daily on your dance skills and going to dance workshops and master classes when the opportunities arise.

In fact many of the world’s best dancers are actually those that travel to the USA to train with best teachers and choreographers. They go out of their way to make it happen and so deserve the success that comes their way.

My Cousin’s Inversion Table

My cousing will be giving me a very important and essential gift to me. He works in a company that manufactures inversion table. He won one of this table and he plans to give that to me. He knows that I badly need it. I have back pain and the doctor advised me to use this equipment so that my back pain will be lessened if not totally cured. I am like this for three years and I quit going to school because of this back pain. At first I already lost hope and I was tired to pursue my life. But now, with the encouragement of my family, I started a business out of my savings that I kept for many years. Now it is doing very well and I have many customers already. I want my business to grow and be able to help many people who are jobless.

I Love the Shake

Shakeology is something that I take after my workouts. I think that it is important for me to look into recovery for my muscles because I am usually drained and I know that my muscles are too after a good workout. I do it because I love the feeling that I get after an exercise routine. It just feels great to know that you have done good things for your body. Sometimes the body just needs help recovering, and that is where Shakeology comes in. The Amazing Turbulence Training Fat Loss

To total my Turbulence Training Fat Loss, I have technically shed off 40 pounds in two months. Yes, I’m proud of myself. At least, I’m free from sleep dyspnea which is basically my primary problem. I felt that I was scaring people off because I’m way too large and there are so many opportunities for socializing but I’ve succumb to the insecurities that have been etched in my system since I was a bubbly, stout kid.

With turbulence training, life had been different. I feel renewed and reborn. For once in my life, I felt proud.

Be a Good Steward of Your Health

I remember our pastor telling us that we should always be a good steward. Not just of our surroundings but also our money, families and even our bodies. From then on, I made it a point to jog every morning and to workout using my Marcy elliptical trainer. I can’t believe that in a matter of weeks I was able to stay in shape and I was able to shed a couple of inches around my waist. Sometimes people will tell you they are going to my little gym when they really aren’t. Like the other day, I called my friend and he said he was going there for an exercise workout. But then I went down to the supermarket, and I saw him buying some potato chips. I suppose I should start going there more often, because he tells me that some of the girls that work out there are so incredibly beautiful that you can’t help but to break into a sweat simply by walking into the place. I think that’s a pretty fair description of what goes on there.

High-Quality Workout Winner

I had to buy Insanity when I found out that most of my friends also bought the video for themselves. As a twenty-something yuppie, I didn’t have much choice but to join the bandwagon and stay fit. I never did understand the concept of staying fit at that time because I was already on the top of my game.

I’m a top executive at a young age and I had everything that I wanted. Except for one thing…I didn’t have the physical form of a winner. I had to prove to myself and to other people that I can have everything and anything I want. The Insanity workout sure did help me with it.

My friends did buy the program, but I don’t think they were determined as I was in finishing first in the battle of being the best of the best.I’m just thankful that I undeniably have a strong-will. The exercises were no joke. It took me a while before I got every move and action to the Tee. I was important for me to get them as precisely as I can. I wanted to have a body like Shaunt T, better to do it like he does them.

The Max interval training worked very well on me. Though at first, I foudn myself gasping for air after every 15 minutes, but when I got the hang of it, it was as easy as pie.After 60 days, I didn’t get the Shaun T body that I wanted, but I obviously got ripped and fit.

The best of all, I had the best bod. It was never a competition between my friends, but I did consider it as one. And in the end, I not only did I conquer Insanity, I was also able to prove to everybody that I really am a winner.
