Our eldest daughter will be graduating from University at the end of the school year, and as a gift to her my husband and I are thinking of taking her to Malaysia for a holiday. Our daughter is of the adventurous type who loves to explore anything that pertains to God’s wonderful creations. Going to Malaysia would definitely arouse the spirit of adventurism in her. Malaysia is one place where Mother Earth’s natural beauty has remained unexploited. The dense tropical forests, the caves and wide rivers are places that a nature-lover will surely enjoy trekking and exploring in Malaysia. The long stretches of white sandy beaches of Malaysia would also be a delight to behold as well as enjoy. My daughter deserves a Malaysia holiday because she has worked so hard all these five years in college, tirelessly spending almost all of her time on her studies. A quiet and serene place like what Malaysia has to offer will surely allow her to relax her mind and body, and thus prepare her for the next phase of her life as a career woman.

I told my boss that I was taking up some of my vacation days because they were just piling up. If I did not use them before the end of the year then I would have a big problem on my hands because the vacation would expire. So, I took my wife for one of those really fancy Sri Lanka holidays. The last trip that we took was to the beach for a family reunion and I would not call that trip exotic at all. But, this trip to Sri Lanka was going to be something very different from that. My House Was Better Than That

Oh my God! I still can’t believe how bad the hotels where I stayed were. I had made reservations online and I was pretty sure they were good. However, when I arrived to my first destination, I have to say it was midnight, and went straight to the hotel I discovered, to my surprise, that my house looked better than my room. The problem was not the decoration because I can live with old fashioned wallpaper and horrible carpets; the main problem was the size of the room, which was smaller than a train station toilet. I was not going to stay long there so I just decided to cope with it. When I got to the second city in my itinerary, I was also disappointed because the hotel was even worse than the previous one. By that time, I was not in the mood to put up with an expensive pigpen so I called reception and asked them to give me a better room or else I’d leave without paying. That really worked and I could spend the rest of my trip in a decent room.
